Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sales office. As the Operations Manager, you will maintain efficient and effective operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimize productivity. You will be crucial in managing our team, coordinating inventory, implementing operational strategies, and driving overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with order bookers and help them by providing accurate rates.
  • Manage the procurement team in getting the parts as requested by the bookers.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve overall sale performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards and promptly resolving customer concerns or complaints.
  • Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
  • Provide daily reports and updates to the management team regarding store operations, sales, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive parts industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and sales tracking.
