Interpretation

Capitalized words have defined meanings subject to the below conditions: Whether singular or plural, the following definitions have the same meaning.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund and Return Policy:

  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this policy) refers to Partex Technologies (Private) Limited, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • “Good(s)” refers to the items offered for sale on the service.
  • “Service” refers to the website and/or app of the company, named “Partex”
  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Eligibility for Return

  • You have the right to have your goods returned upon delivery.
  • Within a period of seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Good(s) to you or the delivery address provided by you.
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and free of any damage.
  • Your Good(s) must be in the original packaging without any signs of unsealing or damage to the Good(s) or its packaging.
  • To complete your return, we will require an original receipt or proof of purchase from Partex.

Eligibility for Refund

  • You are entitled to a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery of the merchandise to you or to the delivery address.
  • Your Good(s) delivered by us were grossly defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
  • We deliver goods to you that are substantially different in quantity and/or specification from what you ordered.
  • Except as provided above, the option of a refund of Good(s) shall not be available and it shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Company to grant the option of refund, on a case-to-case basis.
  • To complete your refund, we will require an original receipt or proof of purchase from Partex.

Intimation of Decision of Return or Refund of Good(s)

To exercise your rights under the Refund and Return Policy, you must notify us. Along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. You can inform us of your decision by:

Returning of Good(s) by You

After intimation of your decision, you must return the Good(s) to us at your own cost and risk. Please do not send the Good(s) back to the manufacturer. You must ship the items to the following address:

(PartEx Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, Auragzaib Plaza, Near Glass Factory Chowk, Chah Sultan, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi).

The company is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Good(s) or proof of received return delivery. 

Reimbursement by the Company

After receiving your returned item, our team will review your request and the returned item. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Good(s) and are processing your request. Thereafter, we will also notify you of the approval or denial of your return or refund request.

If your request is approved, company will refund your purchase amount. No later than fourteen (14) working days from the day on which we receive the returned Good(s).

If  the refund is approved, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. In case you opt for replacement, and subject to availability of Good(s), we will deliver to you the replaced Good(s) at your given delivery address. 

Amendment in the Policy

The company may modify this policy at any time without the consent of the other party
